Meet Geoff Smith
My name is Geoff Smith and I am running for reelection as a Democratic state representative for Strafford County District 21 which includes Dover Wards 1,2,3,5, and 6.
I am a happily married father of three children. I have a bachelor’s as well as a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which has led to me having a budding career in the workforce analysis field. I have lived in Dover for nearly 15 years, and my children have all been raised here.
I’m a professional data analyst by trade and was raised in a family that had a strong background in public service. I very much feel a calling to public service, and have volunteered my time to many community organizations over the years.
Priority Issues
The key positions that matter the most to me are:
- protecting the fundamental right of Americans to vote in elections,
- protecting and expanding quality education to all Granite Staters. and
- doing what we can to address climate change locally.
